"Death Isn't A Destiny. It's a Choice." - Ben Abbas Guest of "The Hour of Interest."
Update: 2009-07-23
Description
Ben Abbas believes he's in conversation with a 2800 year old man named Lee Chung. He believes based on his knowledge of computer security and fraud investigation that the oldest living people publicly recorded aren't really the oldest living people. He believes that their are immortals living amongst us. I honestly doubt that but I'm intrigued by his conversation that death is a choice, his recounting of the choices that Lee Chung have made that have allowed him to live for so many centuries, the details of his life habits. While it may just be ridiculous tabloid fodder frankly, Ben Abbas, co writer of an inspirational book with Wayne Dwyer, makes some important points.
The question for me is are we programmed to die? Conditioned to choose death? Do we actually continually make choices that bring us to our death in the way that Michael chose to get those anesthesia injections? My experience with the deaths that surround me do speak of choices in a way and Ben provides an entryway into that conversation....
